5. Transaction Terms
5.1 Price & Payment
All listed prices include applicable VAT calculated based on the recipient’s country and are valid at the time of system entry. If partial goods cannot be dispatched, payments corresponding to undelivered items will be refunded to your krogersave.com account wallet or your original payment channel.
Product prices do not include delivery fees; total order amount equals product subtotal plus shipping cost.
Prices are subject to adjustment at any time, but price fluctuations will not affect orders for which we have issued formal order confirmation.
Selected products will be added to your shopping cart. Follow the checkout procedures to fill in and verify required information to complete payment. Registered users can view historical order records within the "My Account" module.
Supported payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal and online banking.
Your credit card information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. After receiving your order, we will initiate a pre-authorization check on your card to verify sufficient available balance. Actual payment deduction will be processed when goods leave our warehouse.
By clicking "Authorise Payment", you confirm the payment card belongs to yourself. Payment execution is subject to verification and authorization from your card issuer. We take no responsibility for delivery delays or contract failures resulting from payment authorization rejection by card issuers.

5.2 Product Color
We adopt optimized display technologies to restore product colors on the webpage as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, actual displayed colors are affected by individual monitor hardware differences, so we cannot guarantee absolute color consistency between screen display and physical goods.
5.3 Packaging
We only adopt standard basic packaging solutions matching your selected transportation mode unless special packaging requirements are submitted. Any customized packaging, reinforcement and loading costs requested by buyers shall be borne by you.
5.4 Shipping & Delivery
krogersave.com stocks goods in warehouses across multiple countries. For multi-item orders, we reserve the right to split shipments according to real-time inventory levels.
Standard delivery lead time is within 7 working days upon order placement. Longer transit periods may occur during large-scale promotional activities. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from working days.
If you fail to receive your parcel within 10 working days, submit a consultation request to service@krogersave.com.
5.5 Risk of Loss & Ownership Title
Goods are deemed formally delivered to buyers once handed over to logistics carriers; the risk of goods damage or loss will transfer to buyers upon carrier receipt. You need to file damage claims directly with the logistics provider for damages generated during transportation.
Claims for product shortage or damage occurring before carrier pickup must be submitted to us within 14 calendar days after goods receipt, together with the original carrier-signed delivery bill recording the damaged status before shipment.
Even after the transfer of loss risk, the ownership title of commodities shall remain with krogersave.com until you fully settle all payments (including deferred payments, accrued interest and warehousing fees). You shall cooperate with all formal procedures to maintain our ownership rights over sold goods.
5.6 Product Return Rules
Return validity periods vary by country; contact customer service to obtain localized detailed return regulations. Buyers shall afford all freight expenses for returned goods.
Size mismatch and quality defective items support exchange applications. Once product defects are verified after receiving returned parcels, we will issue a full refund covering original delivery fee and return shipping fee, with funds returned to your platform wallet or original payment account.
5.7 User Reviews & Submitted Content
Unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, all materials you upload or submit to our website (photos, videos, design ideas, technical know-how, questions, reviews, comments, suggestions, collectively referred to as "Submitted Content") are regarded as non-confidential and non-proprietary content.

- Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, building collapses, epidemics and other natural disasters;
- Suspension of land, sea, air and other public & private transportation systems;
- Malfunction of public and private telecommunication infrastructures;
- Mandatory policies, decrees, legislations and administrative restrictions issued by government authorities;
- Accidents or shutdown failures of ocean shipping, postal logistics and other transport services.
Contractual performance obligations will be suspended during the duration of Force Majeure Events, and the performance period will be extended accordingly for an equivalent length of the force majeure period. We will adopt reasonable measures to eliminate force majeure impacts and fulfill contractual obligations as scheduled.
9. Liability Limitation & Statutory Consumer Rights
Except for special clauses specified herein, our total liability for products purchased on the website is capped at the actual payment amount of the corresponding goods. This liability limit does not apply to the following situations:
